Use policy

RTS Stock Exchange states the following principles of distributing information about trading:

1. Information about trading in the real-time mode is a stock exchange commercial product and is to be distributed for a fee by distributors (information agencies).
    
2. RTS provides equal conditions for access to the information about trading on RTS in the real-time mode for all distributors, and also provides equal price terms.
    
3. A record of subscribers to RTS information is kept with regard to a terminal. That is, all client’s information access units (terminals), for which a distributor has a subscription, are taken into account, no matter if a client uses the information or not.
    
4. Distribution of information about trading in the real-time mode without signed agreement with RTS is an infringement of RTS’s rights and is subject to legal prosecution.
    
5. Distribution of information about trading in the real-time mode with an open access in internet and other information resources is not allowed without a written consent of RTS.
    
6. Free distribution of information about trading, delayed for more than 15 minutes from the moment of its acquisition and also about the trading day results after the close of a trading session is allowed. Distribution of such information can be performed free of charge without a signed contract with RTS. However, a person who distributes delayed information and trading results must notify RTS about it in a written form.
    
7. When placing information about trading on RTS in the admissible forms in the internet, a person who distributes the information, must add a text as follows: "By RTS data" with a hyperlink to RTS website (www.rts.ru).
