Orders' placement in the Trading System from client's trading station;
Control own clients during trading.
Liabilities:
Exchange intermediary license to trade futures and options products issued by Commission for Commodity Exchange of the Federal Financial Markets Service of Russia;
The Initial Margin for own transactions and for transactions of own clients.
Trading Member connecting order
To choose Clearing member (list of clearing members);
To make commercial service agreement with clearing member with right to open accounts for clients;
To sign an application of accepting risks related with transactions at derivatives market;
To execute other conditions of the Clearing member;
To settle client's trading station of Derivatives Division;
To register own clients in the Trading System.
