RTS FAST is meant for distributing RTS market data through the data vendors in real-time. Using RTS FAST requires a direct agreement with RTS Exchange.
RTS FAST service is based on the FAST (FIX Adapted for Streaming) technology standard for global market data distribution. FAST is an open free specification of the data format supported and developed by FPL team (http://fixprotocol.org).
When receiving a dataflow, a vendor converts the data to the formats of its own information systems and delivers it to its clients.
One dataflow can deliver the information, whose distribution rights and financial terms can be different. Sorting of general information for particular information products is to be done by vendors in their absolute discretion.
