How to Trade on the RTS Classic Market

Open Joint Stock Company "Russian Trading System Stock Exchange provides its members with an opportunity to connect to the Classic Market in the viewing and trading modes.

1.Viewing Mode

A company – professional market participant – that wishes to join the RTS Classic Market as a Viewing Member should take the following steps:

1. Join the Stock Exchange;
2. Submit the following documents to the RTS Sales department:
   • A filled-out Viewing Member application form;
   • The list of authorized traders;
   • The securities market participant questionnaire;
   • A filled-out Workstation installation request.
3. Sign appropriate agreements with the RTS Stock Exchange and the RTS Clearing Center;
4. Make sure there are separate telecom channels available to ensure connection to the system;
5. Settle the accounts with the RTS Stock Exchange and the RTS Clearing Center in accordance with the signed agreements.

2. Full Trading Mode

A company – professional market participant – that wishes to join the RTS Classic Market as a Trading Member should take the following steps:

1. Join the Stock Exchange;
2. Submit the following documents to the RTS Sales department:
   • A filled-out Trading Member application form;
   • The list of authorized traders;
   • The signed Financial Information Disclosure Form;
   • The securities market participant questionnaire;
   • A filled-out Workstation installation request;
   • Recommendations (2 from market makers or 4 from regular market participants).
3. Sign appropriate agreements with the RTS Stock Exchange and the RTS Clearing Center.
4. Settle the accounts with the RTS Stock Exchange and the RTS Clearing Center in accordance with the signed agreements.
