RTS Stock Exchange admitted to trading securities intended for qualified investors in accordance with Article 9 of federal law No39-FZ "On securities market" as of April 22, 1996 (hereinafter the law).
RTS Stock Exchange complies with the legal requirements regarding limited provision and disclosure of information on securities intended for qualified investors and on trades in such securities.
This information is published by the RTS Stock Exchange with restricted access on the exchange’s website. Access to such information is granted only to qualified investors. Similar restrictions apply to securities intended for foreign investors that can be quoted on RTS Board, a bulletin board for indicative quotation.
Website sections with restricted access may be accessible to:
- Trading participants who in accordance with the Trading Rules of RTS Stock Exchange are granted access to trading on RTS;
- Users who in accordance with the Rules of providing access to RTS Board are granted access to RTS Board in the quotation mode;
- Asset management companies of mutual funds, whose fund shares are intended for qualified investors and are admitted to trading on RTS;
- Clients of a Trading Participant who are recognized as qualified investors.
A client of a Trading participant can only obtain access to the website section with restricted access if the Trading Participant submits a relevant application. In order to be granted access to that website section a Trading participant (User, Asset Management Company) needs to fill out a standard application form and file it with RTS.

Qualified investors include:
- persons referred to in Article 51.2 of the law;
- persons who are recognized as qualified investors in accordance with the procedure approved by FFMS Decree No 08-12/pz-n "On approving the procedure for recognition as qualified investors" as of March 18, 2008.
Securities intended for qualified investors include:
- securities where the decision to issue such securities provides for their circulation among qualified investors;
- shares of mutual funs whose circulation is restricted to qualified investors;
- securities of foreign issuers that are not approved for public placement and (or) public trading in the Russian Federation;
- foreign financial instruments that are not recognized as securities in accordance with FFMS Decree No 07-105/pz-n "On approving the Provisions on recognizing foreign financial instruments as securities" as of October 23, 2007.
