How to become a Member of RTS Standard

I. If you are a FORTS Clearing Member with stock market accreditation

1. Check the availability of the trading accounts information for settlement of trades made on RTS Standard (use the delinfoXX00.dbf report):
• file your application for allocation of the trading accounts to a clearing register 
• make sure the trading accounts linked to the register are registered (you can verify the registration using the DayAsset.xml report);
• give authorization to perform securities account operations by completing the D22 form  (special trading sections are opened within the securities account held with DCC).

II. If you are a General / Special Clearing Member in the FORTS equity section

1. Become a member of the T+0 Market,
2. Check the availability of the trading accounts information for settlement of trades made on RTS Standard (use the delinfoXX00.dbf report):
• file your application for allocation of the trading accounts to a clearing register 
• make sure the trading accounts linked to the register are registered (you can verify the registration using the DayAsset.xml report);
• give authorization to perform securities account operations by completing the D22 form  (special trading sections are opened within the securities account held with DCC).

III. If you are a Stock Market Member

1. Make a contribution to the Contingency Fund (fees, banking details),
2. Open a client (proprietary) section in the positions register
3. Install a FORTS trading terminal:
• fill in the application for installation of terminals
• complete the application form for registration of an individual FORTS trading system code
• pay the applicable fees.

IV. If you are new to RTS Markets

1. Become a member of the T+0 Market,
2. Sign the Agreement on Clearing Services
3. Open trading accounts and register them, register your clients:
• open banking accounts with RTS Settlement Chamber;
• open trading securities accounts with DCC;
• open a client (proprietary) section in the positions register 
   
4. Install a FORTS trading terminal:
• fill the application for installation of terminals
• complete the application form for registration of an individual FORTS trading system code 
• pay the applicable fees.
   
5. Make a contribution to the Contingency Fund (fees, banking details).
