How to become a Member of RTS Board and RTS Global

Steps to gain membership:

1. Submission of the following documents to the Client Relations Department by fax at +7 (495) 733-9515:
   • Application for access to the RTS Board system;
   • Copies of licenses of a professional securities market participant,
     
2. Drafting of the Information & Technical Support Services Agreement (2-3 business days) and issuing the invoice for registration and password/login fee by a Sales & Marketing manager,
3. Activation of the login password after the execution of the Information & Technical Support Services Agreement and receipt of payment against the issued invoice,
4. Installation of RTS Plaza software.
   

RTS Board Members can additionally sign up for the following services:

1. Electronic Agreement Center (EAC) for execution of electronic sale & purchase agreements using the parties’ electronic digital signatures;
2. DVP settlement in both roubles and foreign currency
