RTS Board is an information system of indicative quotations for securities which are not admitted to trading on RTS Stock Exchange.
RTS Board is an effective tool for initial raising of securities liquidity. The main purpose of this segment is to draw investors’ attention to promising securities and then introduce these securities into the investment community.
Securities from local and foreign issuers of various capitalization, which represent diverse industries, can be quoted on RTS Board. For the complete list of RTS Board instruments, please visit the section titled Instruments.
RTS Board Members include a number of major banks and investment companies. The full list of RTS Board Members is available in the Members section.
RTS Board securities are not traded publicly on the stock exchange. RTS Board quotes cannot be used for calculating market prices and market capitalization.
An RTS Board user can access the following opportunities:
- input and review of indicative quotations for securities included in the List of RTS Board instruments;
- reporting an OTC trade;
- a search tool for information on stocks and quoted companies;
- on-line communication with traders.
RTS Board users can additionally sign up for the following services:
- Electronic Agreement Center (EAC) for execution of electronic sale & purchase agreements using the parties’ electronic digital signatures;
- DVP settlement in both roubles and foreign currency;
- access to regulated markets – RTS Classica and T+0 Market – in viewing mode.
