Ordinary shares of Avtokombinat - 4 to be excluded from on RTS Board

On November 28, 2011 ordinary shares of  Avtokombinat - 4 (RTS Board ticker - akdm) will be removed from the list of RTS Board instruments, due to the information on a shareholder’s offer to buy out these securities made in compliance with the federal law "On Joint Stock Companies", article 84.8.

RTS Board is the system of indicative quotation of securities not admitted to trading on RTS "Russian Trading System" Stock Exchange.

At the moment 1753 securities of 1244 companies are included in RTS Board.
