Documents to be submitted to RTS Clearing Center

You need to submit to the RTS Clearing Center the following documents:

1. Clearing Services Agreement with the RTS Clearing Center signed by you (in two counterparts, if it was not submitted earlier)
2. Clearing Participant Questionnaire
3. Depository instructions (please use standard D22 form) authorizing trading securities account operations (in three counterparts)
4. Application for registration of a trading account
5. Application for registration of clients and codes of trading accounts
6. Constitutive documents if they were not submitted to RTS Stock Exchange and RTS Clearing Center earlier.
7. Duly notarized copy of the professional participant of the securities market license (if such license was granted and was not submitted to RTS Stock Exchange and RTS Clearing Center earlier).
