Number of ordinary shares of OJSC LSR Group to be changed

Starting from August 31, 2010 the additional issue of ordinary shares of OJSC LSR Group  (state registration number 1-01-55234-E-002D  as of 08.04.2010) will be admitted to trading on RTS markets in the amount of 9,366,383 shares. The principal and additional issues will be trading under the same ticker (RTS Classica ticker – LSRG, RTS T+0 Market ticker – LSRGG). The number of ordinary stocks before the change – 93,663,832 stocks, after the change – 103,030,215 stocks.

The prices that are discovered on RTS Classica are a well-acknowledged guideline for the investors who trade in Russian shares and depositary receipts representing them.
