Quotation of securities of OJSС "Biodinamika" to be suspended on RTS

On August 30, 2010 quotation of ordinary shares of OJSС "Biodinamika"  (RTS Classica ticker – EAGR, RTS T+0 Market ticker – EAGRG) will be suspended due to the violation of securities law of Russian Federation by the company.

RTS Classica is the oldest organized stock market in Russia – trading was opened on July 5, 1995.
