Securities of two issuers stop trading in OJSC RTS

On August 27, 2010 the following securities will stop trading in OJSC RTS, due to being struck off the section "Unlisted securities admitted to trading":

• fund units of the open-end investment fund of mixed investments "Renaissance – active management fund" managed by the asset management company Renaissance Investment Management (RTS Classica ticker – RENMAM, RTS T+0 Market ticker – RENMAMG);
• fund units of the open-end mutual investment index fund "Renaissance -  RTS Index" managed by "Renaissance Capital Asset Management Company" Ltd., RTS Classica ticker - RENRTS, RTS T+O Market ticker - RENRTSG.

The securities cease trading on the initiative of the asset management companies due to the decision about the dissolution of the investment funds.
