Effective June 3, 2010 the following parameters of ordinary shares of "FGC UES", JSC will be changed:
- the number of ordinary shares of "FGC UES", JSC (RTS T+0 Market ticker – FEESG, RTS Standard ticker - FEESS) trading on the RTS T+0 Market and RTS Standard will be increased from 1,153,514,196,362 to 1,233,561,333,552 shares.
- the state registration number of ordinary shares of "FGC UES", JSC (RTS Classica ticker – FEES) for trading on RTS Classica will be changed to 1-01-65018-D as of 10.09.2002.
The state registration number is changed, due to cancellation of the individual number (code) 101D of the state registration number 1-01-65018-D-101D as of 25.12.2008 that was assigned to the additional issue.
RTS Classica is the oldest organized stock market in Russia – trading was opened on July 5, 1995. The prices that are discovered on RTS Classica are a well-acknowledged guideline for the investors who trade in Russian shares and depositary receipts representing them.
