Trading in ordinary stocks of JSC "INTER RAO UES" suspended on RTS

As of November 2, 2009 trading in ordinary stocks of JSC "INTER RAO UES" (RTS Classica ticker – IRAO, T+0 Market ticker - IRAOG) will be suspended, due to the issuer’s notice on state registration of the ordinary shares issue (state registration number 1-03-33498-E as of October 29, 2009) placed by conversion into stocks of the same category (type) with reduces par value.

The securities prospectus was registered at the same time with state registration of the ordinary shares issue.

Trading in ordinary shares of JSC "INTER RAO UES" will be resumed after state registration of the report on the issue results.
