Quotation of ordinary and privileged shares of TRMZ suspended on RTS Board

On August 21, 2009 quotation of ordinary and privileged shares of TRMZ (RTS Board tickers – trmz and trmzp respectively) will be suspended due to declaration of the above-mentioned securities issues ineffective (state registration number of the issues – 39-1-01027 as of June 18, 1996).

RTS Board is a system for indicative quotation of securities (shares, bonds, investment funds) from both Russian and foreign issuers that have not been admitted to trading on OJSC "Russian Trading System" Stock Exchange.

At the moment 1762 securities of 1312 companies are included in RTS Board.
