Quotation of ordinary shares of Alfa Cement suspended on RTS Board

As of August 19, 2009 quotation of ordinary shares of Alfa Cement (RTS Board ticker – alce) will be halted on RTS Board, due to state registration of the ordinary shares issue (state registration number 1-02-00983-A as of August 13, 2009) placed by conversion after share consolidation. Quotation of ordinary shares will be resumed after state registration of the report on the results of the issuance.

RTS Board is a system for indicative quotation of securities (shares, bonds, investment funds) from both Russian and foreign issuers that have not been admitted to trading on OJSC "Russian Trading System" Stock Exchange.
