The number of ordinary shares of Bank of Moscow changed

As of August 13, 2009 the additional issue of Bank of Moscow ordinary shares (state registration number 10102748В012D as of May 8, 2009) will be admitted to trading on RTS in the number of 21,008,403 shares. Both the primary and the initial issues will be trading under the common ticker (RTS Classica ticker – MMBM, T+0 Market ticker – MMBMG). Before the placement there were 137,359,580 ordinary shares, after the placement there will be 158,367,983 ordinary shares.
